First opened 14 years ago by Vancouver local Lisa Shimer, Lisa's Country Kitchen has grown into a hometown favorite.
Lisa's Country Kitchen, opened in May of 2008, strives to cook great All-American food while providing speedy and attentive service. The cafe decor features many classic diner qualities that give off a feeling of nostalgia in some and retro pleasure to others.
